His research papers have won awards at “Asian Productivity Organization, Tokyo” and at “International Journal of Operations & Production Management”. He topped his class, getting Gold Medals each in Bachelor of Aeronautical Engg. at PEC University of Technology and in Post-Graduation in Industrial Engg. at Ambedkar Institute of Productivity, Chennai.
Committed to render valuable service that benefits society, he has undertaken and lead innovative, knowledge based Management Consulting assignments across diverse Industries & Service organizations, for over 30years. Acquiring, applying, and disseminating knowledge has been his lifelong passion & aim.
For over 17 years, he did these as part of Actuate Business Consulting – a consulting firm with unique credentials. As a key member of Actuate’s consulting team, Mr. Kohli successfully led more than 150 assignments, with focus on Business Performance Improvement. Most clients that he worked with, achieved breakthrough improvement via multi-pronged strategic change initiatives implemented under Mr. Kohli’s guidance. Many other clients benefited through incremental improvements made in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Human Resource Management.
At National Productivity Council (NPC), which Mr. Kohli served for over 13 years, before joining ABC Consultants, he got the initial grinding; learned the basics of consulting; gained confidence as a Trainer & a Change Agent; developed creative skills & competence as an Industrial Engineer and became known as a crusader for Quality movement in the Indian Industry. While at NPC, Mr. Kohli rendered Consulting & Training services to more than 100 organizations.
